We at Gems Direct offer a smooth and secure payment process and would prefer our customers to go through our policies before placing an order. Customers are required to make the payment in full in order for the shipment to be processed. Once the payment is received and the order is confirmed, Gems Direct will send you an order confirmation e-mail. All prices are indicated in United States Dollars (USD) only.
Payments can either be done through Visa cards, Master cards or through a bank transfer. Please select the bank transfer option on the check-out page to view bank details. Don’t forget to quote your order number on the remittance advice and e-mail it to us at info@GemsDirectOnline.com. All bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
Gems Direct will only be responsible for the taxes and customs clearance from the shipping country. Any taxes, customs clearance and other charges in the country of destination will have to be borne by and is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Delivery
Once you have made up your mind and confirmed your payment, we will start processing the order and ship it to you. We offer worldwide shipping and all our sales are performed with insurance. All orders exceeding USD 1000, will be delivered by Gems Direct (Pvt) Ltd via FedEx, while International Economy Post/ Registered Air Mail will be utilized for all purchases below USD 1000, which will take approximately 2-4 weeks to reach you. You can write to us in advance to arrange for express service (with additional shipping fee), for orders below USD 1000 as well. You will receive an update with tracking details upon dispatch. Feel free to reach out to your local postal service to track the shipment, or write to us to check the approximate delivery interval at any time.
Your orders are handled every day of the week, excluding Sunday. Should an item be temporarily unavailable, you will be informed. In such circumstance, we kindly ask for up to three weeks to complete the order.
All signing parties for gifts, should be at least 18 years of age. In the case of a purchase intended as a gift, and the recipient is a third party, all the responsibility concerning the fulfilment of the sale liabilities passes to the grantee.
Exchanges or Returns
If you wish to exchange or return your order, kindly e-mail us with the subject line ‘Exchange Request’ or ‘Return Request’ along with the order number, to ensure that the item for exchange or return complies with the Payment & Shipping Policy. To avoid inconvenience with customs and extra charges, please do not ship the goods back to us without an exchange/ return confirmation e-mail from Gems Direct.
All products are exchangeable or can be returned in their original condition along with their original certificate and original packaging if applicable, within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that shipping and handling charges may vary depending on the delivery location. To ensure a hassle-free return, please check with us in advance regarding the shipping details. You are liable for the inbound return shipment charges, duties and taxes. Gems Direct (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to charge any original outbound shipping fees, handling fees and any commissions paid to the payment system if deemed necessary. In case of the original certificate being damaged or is not returned, the customer is liable for an additional fee up to 500 USD, deducted from the amount being refunded. Gems Direct (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to refuse, reject or charge a damage fee on any exchanges or returns, if the goods are damaged or not returned in their original condition.
In some cases, it is possible that we refund the complete value of the goods with no charges or fees applicable for exchanges or returns. We are open to discuss each situation with our customer and give the best service possible as customer satisfaction is our main priority.

All orders made through the site will be deemed as confirmed orders and will be processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel the order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. In the
event a cancellation request is made after 24 hours and we have already handed over the goods for shipping, please follow the return procedure in the Payment & Shipping Policy on how to return the goods.
